Rochana Harrison
CEO + Founder
Rochana Harrison is a knowledgeable and patient leader who takes an analytical
approach to helping others develop and achieve their goals by creating a systematic and
structured method of conducting business.

Rochana’s communication style is reminiscent of the wit of a favorite aunt and the
wisdom of a grandmother. Her ability to nurture a person’s development with
discipline, guidance, and patience is what makes her an exceptional leader.
Armed with sharp wit and keen problem-solving skills, she takes an analytical approach to helping others develop and achieve their goals by creating a systematic and structured method of conducting business.

With over 25 years of experience as an executive administrator in both the public and private sectors, Rochana recognizes the need for reliability, accuracy, consistency, and strategy for getting clients to the closing table.
Additionally, she has spent the past 19 years in the nonprofit sector facilitating multi-six-figure community service projects, resulting in year-over-year increases in the number of youth and families served.

In 2020, Rochana leveraged her passion for supporting teams and managing resources to pivot into Real Estate part-time. Through Real Estate masterminds and online programs, she learned to evaluate deals, understand the language of real estate, and engage with investors and industry professionals.

Now, Rochana operates V.E.R.A. The Transactions Specialist full time, providing agents and teams with accurate, reliable, and competent service to get clients to the closing table and beyond.
